CodeTogether is the control layer for AI-powered software development. We started in 2020 with real-time collaborative coding across IDEs, and by 2023 had built CodeTogether HQ to show engineering leaders what was actually happening inside their teams.

When AI turned the engineering workforce into a mix of people, models, and agents, that visibility became the thing every leader needed. Today CodeTogether shows what AI is costing, what it is delivering, and where to intervene, across every developer, agent, model, and workflow, and it runs entirely inside our customers' environments.

- **Tim Webb, Co-CEO and Founder** — Founded CodeTogether in 2020 after years building developer tools, and leads product and engineering direction.
- **Alison Silverstein, Co-CEO** — Leads go-to-market, customers, and the company's positioning with executive buyers.
- **Wojciech Galanciak, VP of Engineering** — Leads the engineering team behind the platform and its IDE and agent integrations.
